What to Do If I Forget My Password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Login Page, click "Forgot Password".

Step 2: Enter your registered email in CreditGo, and then click "Reset Password".

Step 3: Check your email. You will receive an email sent by CreditGo. Click on the URL in the email, or copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser. This page is only valid for 24 hours after sending. If you miss the 24-hour period, repeat Step 1.

Step 4: After landing on the "Reset Password" page, enter your Hong Kong identity card number and phone number, then enter the new password twice. After successfully resetting the password, you can log into your account using your new password.

Step 5: You will receive a Password Reset Confirmation email from CreditGo that will confirm your password change.
