If you wish to change personal information in your TransUnion (TU) profile, you can download the form at the following URL, complete and return the completed form to TU. Please note that each time you change your TU profile, you will be asked to provide supporting documentation. TransUnion (TU) will help you forward your completed form to the relevant bank or finance company.
