How Do I Delete My CreditGo Account?

If you want to delete your CreditGo account, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the "Feedback" button

Step 2: Fill in the information e.g. name, email address

Step 3: Scroll down and go to question: “Can you please specify your request?”

Step 4: Choose the option “I would like to delete my CreditGo account”

Step 5: Click “Send” at the bottom

After deleting CreditGo account, It should take approximately 24 hours to complete the process. You will not be able to restore the information in that account. You can re-apply for an account, but all records that belong to the deleted account will not be shown in the new account.
