How Can I Contact CreditGo If I Have Questions About My Account?

If you have any questions about your CreditGo Account, you can follow either one of the following options to reach out to us:

(1) Email us at [e-mail] with your name and question , we will contact you as soon as possible to provide additional information.

(2) Contact us via “Feedback” button in the bottom right hand corner:

   Step 1: Click on the "Feedback" button

   Step 2: Fill up the information (Name, Email Address)

   Step 3: Go to question: “Can you please specify your request?”

   Step 4: Describe your questions in the box below question: “Now please describe your request?”

   Step 5: Briefly describe your situation or problem

   Step 6: Click “Send” at the bottom

We will contact you as soon as possible to provide additional information for your questions. Please note, CreditGo support team cannot view any personal data related to your credit report or score that are provided by TransUnion (TU). We suggest you do not provide any sensitive personal information in message box or email when you are describing the issue.
