CreditGo will update your credit score every time you log in, up to once per day, and also automatically update weekly.
The information in your credit report may not change every time you see an updated score on CreditGo. Banks or financial institutions typically report user information e.g. up-to-date balances, payment records, credit line changes, and other new information, to TransUnion (TU) within 2-4 weeks, but the date of update vary from institution to institution. Once TransUnion (TU) gets the user information and update its database, you will be able to see the change in your CreditGo account as well.
We do not directly obtain the user's credit account information from banks or financial institutions, so we do not know when the organization will update your account information. But by regular review, you will be able to keep track of or monitor any updates or changes.
