"Late Payments"= total number of late payments/ total number of repayments
Example:
Suppose you start to use 2 credit cards (e.g. Credit Card A & Credit Card B) from 1st January on 2018, and now it is 16th October, so there are already 9 repayments for each card. Within this period, you have 1 late payment in A’s account and 2 late payments in B’s account. In this case, your "Late Payments" will be (1 + 2) / (9 + 9) X 100% = 16.67%.
Remark:
1. We assume that every user have at least one repayment each month.
2. Number of late payments will not include late payment of mortgage.
