How to calculate "Negative Marks"?

"Negative Marks" consists of 2 elements:
1. Public Records, including Bankruptcy Records
2. Late Payment Records

Remarks:
1. Bankruptcy Records will be retained for 8 years and other Public Records will be retained for 7 years, from the dates of legal proceedings.
2. Late Payments Records will be retained up to 5 years from the date of full settlement.
