What does your "Report" tell you?

After logging in, you can see the below information in your "Report"︰

1. The amount you owed: credit cards, personal loans, other loans
2. Your credit report: credit score, outstanding credit, credit accounts, loan accounts, credit inquiries, public records
3. Your personal info: name, date of birth, ID number, phone number, address

We read all of these information from TransUnion(TU) by API. If you find the information is not up to date, it is because banks or financial institutions needs 2-4 weeks to report the latest changes to TU. Once TU updated the information, your CreditGo account will also be updated simultaneously. If you find your personal information is not correct, you can contact TU directly.
